KIND WORDS from Matushka Photini,Alaska —

"What a delightful surprise to find St. Anna’s cookbook in my P.O. box. It is beautiful, and has great stuff. I was particularly delighted in the do-able kulich recipe (mine is a monster of work -- designed, I think, to keep me out of church), and a couple of interesting, innovative Paskha recipes …. It describes a warm, theocentric community in Christ. Has a solid bank of good do-able staples for fellowship meals after services. I suggest those who can to stock a few for those impromptu gifts for weddings, baptisms, and saints days.

FROM ST. NECTARIOS PRESS —

"A delightful and useful addition to Orthodox cookbooks. Provides festive (non-fasting) and Lenten recipes. Many helpful cooking hints."
